In 2017 Kylie Shea (@KylieSheaXO) wrote a children's book dedicated to her ballet teacher, the late Mrs. Patricia Stander. This story follows a young girl named Q who dreams of becoming a ballerina, and the important life lessons she learns through her classical ballet training.

In 2018 Kylie launched a social media campaign to artists worldwide to submit their artwork and bring this story to life. The Save Your Tears For The Stage book is illustrated by 74 artists around the world, ranging from ages 6-75 years old, who represent 25 different countries.
